Jogging-Labour Day
Timing in school was 16.15... poor result. To push and train myself for next Mon's 2.4km jog, I made an effort to head down to Jurong West Stadium. In the end, I only improved by 7 seconds. 7 seconds!!! I pushed, I persevered, I panted, I ran, I.... I did what I could. But nothing can stand in my way. I just have to do it when the actual test comes, no matter what. At least I achieved something by running 6 rounds straight today, without stopping to walk. A little better than in school, where I ran for five and a half rounds! That's the only consolation I can give myself for the effort I made. Can I?
This is also where I had my sports carnival during my last year in secondary school. Youth Olympic Games will be held here too, in 2010. And as I type all these, I'm trying very hard to load up the 2nd picture. It failed many times. What is happening to all the uploading systems on Internet? They suck big time at times. ('Internet cannot display the webpage' - Get lost)
Must really thank Senior Cao for jogging and training me today. Treated him dessert after our run. I feel great to have exercised. I know I lost a few kilos, did I? Hope so.
Standing on the field before leaving the stadium. Finally this picture got uploaded or I am thinking of banging the computer on the floor. I can't though, daddy will scold and I won't be so RETARDED as to deprive myself from using the computer when I need it! I don't have the energy to bring up this sack and slam it on the floor too. :P
The tennis courts were hidden up on 6th floor of the sports complex. I went up and visit them today for the first time. There are only 2 courts. I went skirting around the complex to visit the gym too. Students need only pay $1.50 per entry for an unlimited period of time. Quite affordable, one day I might visit it with friends. The booking fees for a badminton court on the 4th floor is $7.40 per hour. That's quite what we call a daylight robbery. Didn't get to see the bmt courts at all.
This is how the tennis courts look like peeking from outside.
Met my beloved friend while the door to the lift opened on the first floor. She called me but I couldn't quite make out who she was as I took out my spectacles earlier on. Simply waved to her but held on the the door. Then she urged me to come out. I did. As we came closer, I jumped with excitement on my feet and we hugged. It's been so long since I've seen Yun Xin. How I missed her! She's been busy in ACJC, and she was at the sports complex with her cousins for a swim. I must plunge in the pool with her when we are both free one day! We caught up with each other at the right side in the picture.
Senior Cao treated his buddies and me to some delights on Tuesday. Sanjiv sank his teeth on a chewy peanut choco chip cookie. Solomon sank the fragile plastic fork into the hard-rock Oreo cheesecake while Senior Cao and I ate our waffles. Renfred did not take his offer. We sat outside cookie house, chatted amicably and went our separate ways after that. Sanjiv joined me and Senior Cao at our study table and we talked. Sanjiv is a very linguistic person and not forgetting to mention, a very nice friend! I'm glad I got to know him... and also his best friend, Solomon, Renfred too, although we don't talk much to each other.
Sanjiv's cookie and Solomon's hard-rock cheesecake in the picture. I am so tempted to gorge the cheesecake into my mouth. I'm so hungry now, moreover, I love cheesecake!!!
Ahhh, I'm enjoying the wind blowing in from the window, it beats having to stand the tremendous heat just a while ago...life is great!

Moments like these...
Ok! In the classroom during PW. These moments were captured...in my phone. Arthur and Clement going on at their PSPs, again.
Hui Lin playing tricks with me while she queued up for her PW consultation. Zoe's sitting there, maybe staring into space. Our new classmate from 08L01, Hui Qi, was talking to the teacher. Sze Hui, Wei Yi and Charmaine on the left of the picture, discussing ...whatever they've discussed.
Zhe Xuan and Thaddues, enjoying the peace with music and handphone games at the back of the classroom. I had to snap them from the back, if I were to go in front of them and snap, they might avoid the camera.
XY going cranky over Muneeb's tennis racket. Don't damage it XY! It cost $139!! Or is it $129? No matter, it's definitely above $100... becareful..
That's right, return Muneeb his racket and pose a picture with him to end this part of the post. You got it right, XY!
I am happy to announce through here that I am officially engaged to Jia Min! She's having an external affair with me besides her affair with her boyfriend. Nope, she's not being unfaithful becuz we are officially engaged as good friends! Here's our engagment ring of friendship:
Besides, I'm straight and like I said, she has a boyfriend, so she's straight too. I'm single and available, and only available to the right person. I've never done these kind of things before, but with Jiamin, this is my first time and it seems right. In the past, the friends around me were all too childish, what with all the not friending each other. It really makes one depress. Who created this 'don't friend you' thing? That idiot who created it is a devil! So, I never believe in having a best friend and buying accessories to pair us up. Life has become blissful since sec 3. All of us have grown up and we think maturely. I'm glad it's this way. Currently, my engagment with Jia Min is a good one, and we didn't spent a single cent for our rings, they were drawn on our fingers with her pen! Haha... it's fun even though the ring lasted for a day. What matters most now is that I'm happy being with my friends. :D
Shhh... the bats are sound asleep on the tree. This is my third time capturing them in the camera. Aren't they cute? We musn't let them bite us, the belief is that we might turn into vampires. But, it's because they might spread infection if they bite us! It's refreshing and fun being in school daily. Suprises galore!

It's the weekend!
Introducing the irrisistibly Mr. Bean food products! Ranging from Soyabean milk to soyabean flavoured cookies, they just taste so good. Suitable for the ones who love snacking and fear putting on weight. This is not a gimmick, it's the truth. Mr. Bean promise you with the calcium and vitamins you need, I think. Lol. However, what I love most about this brand is the SUPER DUPER CUTE icon the company created! That little soyabean there smiling at you, melting your heart, you must, most definitely capture it in ur camera! I have so many more of Mr. Bean's photos, but posting 2 of them here is enough. :D
Went back to secondary school today with mummy to attend sis's sec 2 streaming talk. We met all my previous school teachers and chatted with a few, especially Mrs. Lim. I didn't realise that she was from JJ too, Mrs. Tye and Mdm Hafiani too! JJ rocks! Yay! And not forgetting to take down this photo before going home:
Go ahead, say I'm flaunting or whatever, but I'm indeed proud that my name's up there. At least I've made a mark in secondary school. :)
Jiamin is most happy today as it is the mark of weekend. I'm happy too and so do everyone. Weekends: PI and read through whatever notes that need to be read. Another 2 more days and back to school, back to my friends! I was a little thrilled and happy today in school as I.... haha, won't say it. I think I will remember what happened if I don't write it down here, though I'm not sure whether my short-term memory will act up and make me forget. Who cares? The moment of pleasure was undeniably satisfying for me. (I don't mean anything dirty at all.)

Oh well...
It was raining yesterday and the rain had soaked XY's feet while he was walking to school. I don't understand why he chose to take it out at 11.30am (at chemistry lesson) when I suppose the wetness should have been gone? I guess it didn't. (Shaun's saying: 'Obviously' when he reads this) I found it a very special act and decided to capture it, with his bare feet in the shot too.
It was a trip to Teochew Building yesterday with the photog club members to view pretty images captured by professional photograhers. I brought Senior Cao along becuz at first, I thot it was at Ngee Ann Poly and I don't really know how to make my way home from there. He can help me get home cuz his Geography is better than mine. :P It was also a good chance for him to have a look around. But I made a blunder, it was at the Teochew Building and the photo exhibition was called: 4th NGEE ANN Photographic Exhibition. It's near the Dhoby Gaut MRT station and I do know how to make my way home from there. Before we left, we asked the teacher how to get to the station, and it wasn't that difficult to find our way out. We reached the Istana Park (!) and walked through it (Not forgetting to take down nice pictures on my phone in there, Wei Yi did the same too). The familiar Plaza Singapura shopping centre came into view and Senior Cao and I went down to the station while Wei Yi went to catch her direct bus home.
We are expected to come up with a project after viewing those photos. The day ended quite well, though Iwas feeling a little lethargic. Haha. Still remembering that there are homework on top of homework. Got to finish them, needless to say. Oh, did I say I've forsaken continuing with my last post? Oh well...
Till then.

Picture Blogging Day!!!
Yay! These are the cute stickers Hui Lin gave us! Aren't they adorable and irresistible? Don't know why, I'm back to becoming addicted to stickers again! Looking back, I can't recall when was the last time I stop pasting stickers into sticker books, it must have been a long time ago! Haha! I pasted them on my black orientation ring file but had transfered them into my new pink file becuz the ring of the ring file was spoilt...
Did you see the naughty spongebob there? He's just as irritating as usual, playing a fool around... lol. I'm just so happy with the stickers and I like to press them cuz they are all so sqooshy! So fun! Another activity to busy myself with when the lessons become too boring, but hey, I'm still listening to the teacher! :P
Oh shucks! I think something is wrong with blogger... I can't post other pictures in, shall continue with it another day!
Byebye!

The one and only in this world...
Today and tomorrow are my official homework days. There's still GP, PW, Chinese, Chemistry and History project. I should be able to finish them within the two days. Yesterday was GP test, paper 2. Part of comprehension paper becuz some components of it were left out. Next Friday's Chemistry test, pray I will be able to handle it well. There's still Econs project which my group hasn't even come together to discuss about it. I must bring it up to them on Monday. Everyone is quite busy with their own work.
4th April was Shaun's birthday. Some of us got him presents. Xing Yu was hit by a wave of impulsion, he wrapped 2 ping pong balls in a plastic bag and attached a stick of mentos between the balls. Hence, the effect was that the present looked like a... *****. He showed us and we went... you know. Muneeb was a little overwhelmed by it and dismantled XY's presie. Haha! We were shocked that he did that and explained to him that XY took the effort to make that. I guess Muneeb didn't realise it was gonna be a presie for Shaun. He was quite surprised when he knew the exact reason. (There's a picture of XY's presie for Shaun in his blog, go see if you're really interested, the link is on my blog!) I gave Shaun a birthday card. Lol. Our class bought him a small brownie using the class's fund. They stuck a candle on it and he made a wish. A mini birthday bash for Shaun! I didn't get to see him for the rest of the day cuz he went for his table tennis match. I wonder if he won yesterday's match.
I received a sms from a CSL senior on the way back home yesterday. I was selected for an interview on Monday, I suppose that's what they tell every applicant. So I replied back:
"What will be the timing and where is Leaders' Network? My lessons end at 4.30pm on Monday."
He or She replied, " 3.45 pm, it's ok, report to us after your lessons end. Leaders' Network is on level 2, near hall, PD block."
*Fluttered and confused...*
This is written at 2.34pm. How can I forget there's Econs tutorial too, apart from the project?
